All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location and chosen courier.
We offer standard shipping nationwide via our trusted courier partners.

From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or social media platforms.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
Provincial Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Ethereal Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or message with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before checkout. Ethereal Beauty will not be held responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In rare cases where your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the estimated arrival date (ETA) will be indicated in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
